A Sketchy Plan . . .

Kansas City, Mo. (January 26, 2015) . . . may derail the train as it approaches Kansas City! Come join the suspense as The Mystery Train kicks off its 11th Season with "The Art of Murder" by Philip blue owl Hooser. The show opens February 6th and runs through March 28th, with performances on Friday and Saturday evenings. Emali Price, Claudia Copping, and Cassandra Whitney are the prime suspects in this whodunit and they're bound to lead you astray! Investigators and instigators are welcome. Get in the line-up!

The Art of Murder, by Philip blue owl Hooser
In 1975, the art world bids a sad adieu to a famous painter. Rushing to his funeral in Kansas City is a rogue's gallery of art lovers, art students, art collectors . . . and a con artist. And in the midst of all this mourning, a murder is committed on the train! Is someone being drawn into an abstract plot? Or is a frame-up?

The evening begins with role-playing at 6:30 pm, followed by a marvelous meal and a madcap mystery-comedy show. Most shows are at The Tiffany Ballroom, 903 Harrison Street, Kansas City, Mo 64106. Selected dates, Feb 20 and March 14, are at Bonefish Grill, 6334 N Lucerne Avenue, Kansas City, Mo 64151. Tickets are $69.00 per person on Fridays and Saturdays, and include dinner, show, tax and gratuity. First Fridays are $10 off all tickets. A cash bar is available. Advance reservations are required and can be made by calling (816) 813-9654, or through The Central Ticket Office at 816-235-6222 or, order online. Visit www.kcmysterytrain.com for a complete schedule and menus.

The Mystery Train is also available for private parties and group bookings, and makes a killer gift!
