SYNOPSIS:

In this high stakes and emotionally powerful
political drama, two leading candidates are
competing to get their political party's
presidential nomination, but both have
potentially
fatal vulnerabilities - checkered pasts and
nervous breakdowns. Neither can stand one
another,
and both are vying for the crucial support of
the
dying former president, who is lukewarm on both
candidates. This show is a delicious,
character-
focused look at the excitement and mud-slinging
that goes on behind the scenes in an election
year.
