Reservation Line is Open

River City Community Players announce the reservation line for Camelot is now open.

Call 913-727-7557 to make your reservations. Call early in order to get a good seat. This popular musical will fill up fast.

The River City Community Players begins its 36th year at the historic Hollywood Theater.

Camelot written by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe opens February 24th at 8 p.m.

Additional performances are also scheduled for: February 25; March 2, 3, 9 & 10 at 8 p.m., and a March 4 matinee at 2 p.m.

The entire community of CAMELOT awaits the arrival of Guenevere, King Arthur of England's future Queen.

Members of the audience are quickly drawn in. Some of the enchanting musical numbers include The Simple Joys of Maidenhood, The Lusty Month of May, How to Handle a Woman, I Loved You Once in Silence, If Ever I Would Leave You and What Do the Simple Folk Do? In the end it is fourteen-year-old Tom who tells the world of Camelot's quest for right and honor and justice.
