The River City Community Players announces an open audition call for Belles by Mark Dunn.
Auditions will be Sunday, March 8 form 6 to 8 p.m., and Monday, March 9 form 7 to 9 p.m.
The six Walker sisters hail from Memphis, but now they are scattered all over the country. Only Peggy still lives in Memphis, where she cares for Mama.
When the play begins, Peggy is phoning her sisters to tell them that Mama is in the hospital. Nothing serious she just ate some bad tuna. An intriguing story of vivid characters and involving conflicts emerges in the ensuing phone calls among the sisters.

Come prepared to perform cold readings from the script. Bring a complete list of conflicts from March 16 - May 3.
A current resume and head shot are welcome, but not required. Also, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to complete your audition information form.
Auditions will be held at the Leavenworth Performing Arts Center, 500 Delaware St., Leavenworth, KS.
