Proven comedians nationally and throughout the New York and Boston comedy circuits are now going coast to coast to keep Comedy's Best Kept Secret.

The Comical Son Returns to the Midwest - Kansas City Born Comedian Jordan Raybould performs his first homecoming show

In entertainment, the greatest thrill a performer often feels is the night one plays his or her hometown. So many familiar faces peak from the crowd, the eyes of mentors, family members and lifelong friends peer on with approval, hanging on your every...joke. For Comedian Jordan Raybould, this adrenaline rush happens for the first time this March in Kansas City.

Born in Lenexa, Kansas, to business owner Willa Dendinger of Omaha, Nebraska, and Doctor Michael Raybould of Lincoln, Nebraska, Jordan, one of five children, immediately had to learn to compete to stand out. He moved to Leawood, Kansas, for elementary school and later attended Rockhurst High School where he took up soccer and became very serious about it. An All State, and All Metro Center Midfielder led Raybould to be recruited by Yale University where he started all four years and become an All Ivy player and eventually the Captain of the Team.

With a Professional Soccer Career in his sights, Jordan turned down an offer just months before graduation because it would deny his chance to complete his degree. Upon graduation Raybould accepted an Investment Banking position with UBS and moved to New York City. Months into the job, Jordan found himself taking extended lunch breaks to go to comedy open mics. He loved the way comedians were able to shape any subject and give it a humorous tilt. Just two years into post collegiate life he took the plunge and dove head first into comedy.

Three years later, Jordan Raybould has been seen on Now This News, performed in the Hoboken Comedy Festival two years in a row, has produced a web-series for Kick TV which he wrote and acted in, and he now runs several weekly and monthly comedy shows in New York City. While his list of goals only grows as comedy reenters the entertainment limelight, he will achieve a pinnacle this March as he travels with the Comedy's Best Kept Secret Tour through five cities, including his own hometown and those of his loving parents.

The Comedy's Best Kept Secret Tour which has been written up in 18 cities in just 36 months, will transverse the country in a 43 day event that will start in New York City and end in Anchorage Alaska. Two national touring comedians Dan Frigolette and Erik Anker will drive 6400 miles over 18 States, 2 Canadian Provinces and perform in over 23 major cities this spring.

Producer of the tour, comedian Dan Frigolette, who appeared on Boardwalk Empire, The Wendy Williams Show, The Artie Lange Show, and Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell, has asked Raybould to be a part of the tour over 5 cities. They two first met and became friends in New York when Raybould was looking for opportunities and stage time. They worked together running live shows at various venues. Frigolette, who also produces Make Me Laugh USA, a stand up comedy competition and the Hoboken Comedy Festival asked Raybould to participate in the Festival, further solidifying his comedy accomplishments.

Erik Anker, a comedian now living in Boston, will be a part of the Comedy's Best Kept Secret Tour and will emcee Make Me Laugh competitions in St. Louis, MO, Denver CO, San Francisco CA, and Anchorage AK with the tour. Originally from Anchorage, Anker will also have his homecoming performance on this trip.

Combined, the three jokemakers have over 35 years of comedy experience and acumen, appearing on just under 15 television programs showcasing their talents.

Jordan Raybould and the Comedy's Best Kept Secret Tour will hit Kansas City on March 22nd and perform with the KC Improv Company at the Kick Comedy Theater, 4010 Pennsylvania Avenue at 8pm.
