A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare: Mar 8-16: 1 pm Sat; 2 pm Sun
Shakespeare's lighthearted tale of romantic love intertwines a royal wedding, mismatched and confused young lovers, and the most comical tragic love story ever mounted by clueless players. A feud among fairies haunting the woods nearby our mythical Athens propels the mischievous fairy Puck across the paths of 4 young lovers and the would-be actors, authoring much merry confusion eventually put right in 3 weddings blessed by magic, and a "play" to end all plays. Lord, what fools these mortals be!
