ANNOUNCES THE CONTINUATION OF ITS 29TH SEASON WITH
"THE -A-LONE RANGER!"©

WHO: The Martin City Melodrama & Vaudeville
Company continues its 29th season with "THE -A-
LONE RANGER!"©, a brand new melodramatic parody
about the Robin Hood of the Wild, Wild West.
Written by Jeanne Beechwood and directed by Jeanne
Beechwood and Cody Goeppner "THE -A-LONE
RANGER!"© will also include such seasoned Martin
City performers as Patrick Reynolds, Rob
Pagenkopf, and Cody Goeppner. Dianne Brown
provides live honky-tonk piano accompaniment.
Costumes are designed by Ellen Beechwood.

WHAT: Kick up your heels and head out to the Old
West in "THE A-LONE RANG ER!©" This brand new
parody about the Robin Hood of the Wild, Wild West
tells a tale of a cowboy who can get anything but
a date! This comic homage will be performed as an
old time radio show, complete with authentic
musical commercials from the 1940s. Don't miss
this classic story with the Martin City Melodrama
twists of laughs and wackiness, alone with boos
and cheers for a rip-roaring good time for all
ages.

WHERE: "THE -A-LONE RANGER!"© will be presented
in Martin City Melodrama's theatre space at 9601
Metcalf, in the Metcalf South Shopping Center in
Overland Park, Kansas. The theatre is located on
the lower level of the mall, with a convenient
mall entrance facing Metcalf Avenue.

WHEN: "THE -A-LONE RANGER!"© opens Friday,
February 14 2014, and run every weekend through
Sunday, May 10, 2014. Beginning February 15, all
shows will be Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at
3:30 PM.
