Mask Performance Intensive (4 hours) by Tony Fuemmeler

Masks are one of the original elements of theater as we know it. They inspire character and transform the actor.
In this workshop, participants will learn about how to harness the power of the mask while simultaneously improving their movement vocabulary and specificity.

A variety of mask styles will be used in the investigation of performance and the creation of a vibrant mask character.

This workshop is appropriate for multiple levels of performance experience.
Bring neutral clothes in which you can move easily: Yoga pants, thin sweat pants, t-shirts, tank tops, etc.
We will be working barefoot.
