Sing, Sing, Sing: an all A Cappella Revue: Jul 20-28: 9 pm Fri; 7:30 pm Sat, Wed; 6 pm Mon, Fri
Sing, Sing, Sing is a celebration of the human voice; a showcase of a variety of music types – jazz, pop, blues, gospel, liturgical – all sung a cappella. The company, consisting of four women and four men, will perform songs like "Eleanor Rigby," "In That Great Gettin' Up Mornin'," "Ode to Billy Joe," "I've Seen All Good People/Your Move" and the title number, a vocal rendition of the Benny Goodman arrangement of "Sing, Sing, Sing (With a Swing)." Part of the 2012 KC Fringe Festival. Directed by Paul E. Orwick. Featuring Lena Andrews, Rob Constance, Alisha Garnier, Grant Golson, Ben Gruber, Teal Holliday, Elisa James, and Zachary Smith.
