Olathe, KS – January 27, 2012 – Daddy's Dyin',
Who's Got the Will? written by Del Shores will
make you laugh out loud at the Turnover family's
hysterical antics! When Daddy Buford falls ill,
his adult children come home. There's caregiver
Sara Lee and her "holier than thou" sister
Lurleen, sexpot Evalita, boorish son, Orville and
many others. This show is a true comedy of heirs!
Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got the Will? stars Kevin
Albert, Don Carlton, Stasha Case, Vicky
DeLaughder, Ellie DeShon, Val Phillips, Kipp
Simmons & Shelly Stewart. This show is directed
by Brad Zimmerman. Daddy's Dyin' contains some
adult language and situations and is rated PG.
Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got the Will? runs Feb. 2 –
March 4, 2012 at the Chestnut Fine Arts Center
located at 234 North Chestnut in Olathe.
Performances are Thursday through Saturday
evenings at 8 pm and Sunday matinees at 2 pm.
There will be additional shows on Tuesday, Feb. 14
at 7:30 pm and Sat. Feb. 25 at 3 pm. Tickets are
$23.00; discounts available for seniors, students
and groups.

About the Chestnut:
The Chestnut Fine Arts Center opened its doors in
May, 1998 in Olathe, KS, as a sole proprietorship,
and it operated in a small one-room theatre.
Throughout the next four years, the Chestnut
flourished and in July, 2002, became fully
incorporated as a non-profit organization within
Kansas and was granted 501(c) (3) status by the
IRS. The Chestnut is proud of its top-quality
